Agile Coaches, who have the biggest impact on all changes from the individual level to the organizational level, play a key role in the organizations’ agile transformation journey.
Hence, it is important for Agile Coaches to evaluate themselves and improve their competencies in their transformation journey.
With this in mind, Deniz Uludağ and Barış Bal decided to conduct this study in order to point out both the importance of the role and such negative aspects.
Deniz Uludağ and Barış Bal, from ACM Agile Consultants, developed a questionnaire based on “The Agile Coaching Growth Wheel” which is developed by Shannon Carter; Rickard Jones; Martin Lambert; Stacey Louie; Tom Reynolds; Andre Rubin Santos; Kubair Shirazee; Rohit Ratan; John Barratt; Helen Meek, and Mark Summers.
“The Agile Coach Competencies Report” is created with participation of 95 Agile Coach in Turkey. The report reveals in which areas Agile Coaches from various industries and with different experiences need further improvement.
