Pınar Yaylacı serves ACM as an Agile Coach since 2019. She has a Bsc degree in Facility Management from FHTW Berlin University of Applied Sciences and from other Berlin University of Applied Sciences non-Bsc degrees in Business Administration and Economics. Between 2008 – 2012 she worked as a Sales and Marketing Executive in the Medical Sector in Istanbul.
Between 2013 and 2017 she worked as a SAP solution architect for various in-house and international projects at Daimler AG/Mercedes-Benz Türk, and also volunteered for different IT and leadership projects to increase motivation, efficiency, value added and quality and improved processes, concepts and models.
After an ICF-Accredited Coaching Training in 2016 and an Agile Training, Pınar Yaylacı continued her career as an Agile Coach and Business Consultant at Mercedes-Benz Turk. She gave more than 300 people ‘Agile Awareness’ trainings, prepared and facilitated team pulse and spirit workshops, retrospective and similar workshops. She also took over the Scrum Master role and implemented Kanban.
She thinks that cultural adaptation and awareness are needed in all departments of organizations to increase the awareness of education and continuous learning, leadership and agility and to internalize them in the long term. Therefore she continues volunteer to work in different projects in order to contribute her personal development, the transformation of society and organizations.
