After completing her Business Administration(Major) and Psychology(minor) undergraduate studies in the Middle East Technical University, she started to work in Oyak Renault Otomobil Fabrikaları A.Ş in 2001. She worked at the Human Resources Direction in the fields of training, development and recruitment for 3.5 years. Afterwards, she worked as a business analyst and international project manager for Finance, Purchasing, Communication business applications at the Information Systems Direction. In 2014, she started to manage the Business Applications Analyst & Project Manager team. She became interested in Agility just after the start of Digital Transformation at Renault in 2016, and she participated in Agility & SCRUM training at Renault in France in 2017. She was very impressed by Agility principles and SCRUM, she adapted this training and trained firstly Information Systems Direction team members and afterwards, Digital Transformation team members of the company. She trained internal trainers. She established the software team for agility in digital transformation and provided a working environment suitable for the SCRUM framework. Recognizing her interest in developing people and helping them reach their potential during team coaching sessions to increase employee satisfaction, she completed Adler Professional Coaching training in 2019. Deniz Uludağ, who trusts people and their potential, has experienced the power of autonomous teamwork and is passionate about learning and teaching. She believes that diversity and differences will reveal performance by focusing on a common goal within respect. She is married with 2 children. She joined the ACM family as an Agile Consultant in October 2020.
